This intimate, quarterly pop-up chef’s table is limited to just 10 guests, offering a unique opportunity to explore the 1,682-acre estate through a progressive, multi-course dinner. From sabering sparkling wine on a mountain-top with breathtaking views, to enjoying creative bites on the crush pad and in the atmospheric barrel room, each dish is paired with our estate's finest wines and served in carefully curated settings.
The experience culminates in the estate's private kitchen, where Chef Blumer personally prepares and presents his whimsical, palate-awakening dishes. The evening concludes on the patio, with a delectable dessert and panoramic views of the vineyard.
Reservations must be made at least four weeks in advance on a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
